Yes, the venue has wheelchair access and disabled toilets on site. Some attractions may not be suitable for disabled children, but we will do our best to accommodate all needs. Adults with a companion card are permitted free entry with a paying child.

Yes, companion cards are accepted. The companion must present the card at the gate along with the paying patron they are accompanying.

To avoid overcrowding, we have capped the number of tickets sold for each session. We anticipate minimal wait times for most rides, typically no longer than two ride cycles. Extra rides, staffing, and a queue system will be in place to help manage any issues.

There will be FREE parking at the venue, Wanneroo Showgrounds.

Each session lasts for 1.5 hours with limited capacity. Your ticket is valid only for your chosen session time.

There is no ATM onsite, but all food and showbag stalls have EFTPOS facilities.

The Kids Big Carnival is a smoke-free event.

We recommend pre-purchasing your tickets online for $23 instead of $35 at the gate. This also secures your preferred day and session time. Limited door sales may be available 10 minutes prior to each session at a higher rate, unless sold out.

All children must be accompanied by a paying adult. One adult may accompany up to four children. Some activities may require parental supervision.

Yes, you can bring your own food and drink, but alcohol is not permitted. Bottles of water must be in unopened sealed bottles.

Not all rides will be suitable for all children due to height and weight restrictions for safety reasons. We have selected rides and activities to be suitable for the majority of patrons. Rides are not suitable for children under 2 years. Parents are allowed to ride with their kids, but not all rides are suitable for adults.

All rides and activities can still operate in wet weather. We do advise our guest to be a little prepared when coming to the event by bringing an umbrella or raincoat.

In the unlikely event of severe weather conditions some sessions maybe postponed or cancelled until the weather has passed. If a session needs to be cancelled guest will be given the option of a refund or to be moved into another session.

Children under the age of 2 are permitted free entry with a paying adult. The event is mainly suitable for kids aged 2-10 years. Adults can ride with their kids on selected rides.

Yes, some rides have height or age restrictions:

• Bumper Cars: 110cm for children accompanied by an adult or 130cm unaccompanied.
• Lollie Swing: Minimum height of 90cm.
• Traffic Jam: Minimum height of 100cm.
• Flying Dumbo: Minimum height of 90cm; maximum patron weight of 90kg.
• Mini Twister Helicopters: Kids only.
• Cup & Saucer: Maximum patron weight of 90kg.
• Safari Park: Kids only.
• Rockin Tug: Minimum height of 105cm.
• Samba Balloons: 60cm minimum when accompanied by an adult, or 90cm if unaccompanied.
